It doesn’t do any good if your generating leads but cannot sponsor anyone into your business. You can generate 100′s of leads, but it’s meaningless if you can’t sponsor new distributors or associates into your downline. Majority of network marketers go about recruiting the wrong way! I can’t stand hearing people always complaining about how they have no one to talk to about their network marketing business, and that buying leads suck. Yes buying leads does suck because I have done it and wasted a lot of money on calling dead beats,but there is a better and cheaper way to find free network marketing leads for any network marketing business. By the time you get done reading this blog posting you will have enough information to start generating your own free network marketing leads. There are tons of people to talk to about your network marketing business and you don’t have to be a genius to do this. This information is really simple as it gets, I am not including any techie online stuff to confuse you with that will come later once you master this.

How To Get Free Network Marketing Leads In Your Local Area.

Building your network marketing business in your local area is a great idea. Building a team in your local area is much easier in regards to training and building a solid business. Here are some tips to use to get free network marketing leads around your local area.

Tip #1

Sizzle Cards And Post It Notes.

Using sizzle cards or sticky notes is about as dumb as it gets when it comes to getting free leads. A sizzle card is a business card with a short marketing message printed on it. You can use a company that provides the message and tracks your messages into a back office. I use a company called Growth Pro for my sizzle card line. Basically it’s a 3 minute recorded message giving a short intro on our business opportunity. If someone is interested in learning more they will leave a message, but I also call back the ones who hung up, they are a qualified lead as well.  I also use sticky or “post it notes” to generate free network marketing leads. You would be surprised but this actually works with great success. I put sizzle cards and “post it notes” out on gas pumps and ATM machines around town. If you work full time this is a great way to write off your mileage to and from work.

Tip#2

Voicemail Drops

This tip works great for generating free professional network marketing leads. I use this personally to find prospects who are higher quality and are more likely to be successful with a home based business then any average Joe off the street. A voicemail drop is when you call a insurance,real estate agent,mortgage broker or any other type of professional and leave them a voicemail. I do this after hours and block my number when I do it, but you can also do it during the day. If you call during the day you will get a gate keeper, to get around the gate keeper ask them to send you to the persons voicemail box. I will even give you the script I use when I leave the voicemail.

Hi Bob!(Always use their first name like your a friend) this is “your name” giving you a quick call. The reason I am calling is because some business friends and I are expanding a business here in town and I wanted to see if this might be of interest to you. It’s helping “what profession are they”? for example it’s helping realtors like yourself earn an extra $3K to $5K per month on a very part time basis, not sure if you can join us or not but seeing if there might be some interest. Tip#3

Yard Signs

When your at a intersection you always see those tiny little signs with some sort of marketing on them. Why do you think you see so many? Because they work! You can also do this with your number you use for your sizzle cards or post it notes. You can basically make a larger version of a sizzle card and place it on a yard sign at busy intersections. If you use this strategy, make sure you pick the signs up on a daily basis so the road crews do not throw them away.

There are endless ways to generate free leads, read up on the subject and find other ways then what I have shared here. Everything I have shared with you I have learned somewhere else. I did not wake up one day and think of this, I am always studying the art of lead generation. I love generating my own leads because they are your leads and no one else’s. They can shut you down at anytime and all of your previous postings and work will be gone. Using WordPress is the only way to go when it comes to blogging, because WordPress can never shut you down and your in full control of your blog. When you use a hosting service like Host Gator you can back up your files in case there is a problem with your blog. You can easily restore your blog by doing a backup file.

What Should Your Blog Be About?

Maybe you don’t have a business or products to promote, but you want to get involved with blogging and making money with a blog. I recommend finding something you are passionate about and will provide value to other people. If you do have a business then you need to focus on topics geared towards giving information on how your product or service can help other people with a particular problem they have. For example this blog is designed to help other network marketers become more profitable in their network marketing business. Maybe you have a story someone can relate to, so include an about me section with either a short video or blog entry with pictures. If you go on most blogs you will see a offer on the blog to put in your information in exchange for something. This could be a free report on a certain subject giving your prospects information that will benefit them. Never try to sell your prospects upfront, always offer a free report or information that will benefit them directly. Having a contact form connected with a autoresponder allows you to build a email list of potential customers and business partners. Once you have established you are there to help your prospects then they will be more inclined to buy from you in the future. Maybe you come across a product that benefited you and you send out a email sharing this with them, if it’s an affiliate type of program or product you can make money in sales.
• Plug In’s To Connect To Social Media- When your on a blog you will always see the share button to share with your friends on Facebook,LinkedIn,etc. This will help you gather more potential customers and new fans. Social proof is powerful and if someone thinks your blog is worthy enough to share with their friends this will invite new business and new potential business partners. So always have a way to connect your blog to the social media sites. There are many great plug in’s for this particular subject.

What Not To Have On Your Blog.

• Banners And Flashing Signs- The biggest turn off for me when going to a blog is seeing nothing but banners advertising for different products. To me that says they are there just to make a sale. You can always make money from affiliate products through blog postings and email correspondence. You want your blog to look clean and refreshing, somewhere people will want to return. Keep the banners to a minimum, on my blog you will not see any banners.
• Politics And Religion- If this is not a blog just about you, but a blog to promote your business or products then you need to be careful about what you post. People from around the world will be viewing your blog. Bashing someone publicly or religious views is a big no no and will kill your blog. Keep politics and religion out of business. Your here to provide value and not shove your beliefs down someones throat.

When building a blog always keep in mind who your marketing to, find subjects that will benefit your readers. Blogging is a great opportunity for you to make a substantial impact in your business. Always keep it tasteful and have respect for other people. Always provide nothing but pure value in exchange for nothing else. When you make it a point to provide value without asking anything in return then you will be successful.

MLSP Isn’t Just For Recruiting Other Network Marketers.

If you understand attraction marketing then you know the purpose is to attract other network marketers to your primary MLM business. Yes I love attraction marketing and it works, but I just don’t want to limit myself to one group of prospects. I think there are tons of people who would be great at MLM that are not currently in MLM . That is why I also use MLSP or My Lead System Pro to find prospects for my primary MLM Business. There are tons of other online lead systems, but most of them do not allow you to customize your capture pages like MLSP does. I am a member of Magnetic Sponsoring and I think it’s a great lead system, but it is limited if you want to have more versatility to your marketing campaigns. One training in MLSP in particular I used to generate leads on Craigslist using MLSP capture pages and it has worked like magic. It gives you more credibility to your prospects when you have your own video on your customized capture page. How cool would it be to have your prospect remember you from your video?

MLSP Combined With Craigslist Ad Tracker Is A Knockout Punch.

I use MLSP as my marketing funnel for my online prospecting for my primary MLM business, but it wouldn’t be complete without Craiglist Ad Tracker. Craigslist Ad Tracker has helped me tweak my ads to see which one’s work and which one’s don’t. This will save you a lot of time to finding the perfect marketing piece for your lead generation efforts. MLSP also has a tracker built into the system to let you see which capture pages work the best. You want to have at least two separate capture pages to split test them and see which one gets the best results. One thing I forgot to mention about Craigslist Ad Tracker is the contact form tool. Imagine knowing your prospect before you call them? I placed a contact form on my page to have my prospects fill out so I can see what kind of prospect they are. Remember you want to interview your prospects and find the right ones for your business.

Has Being A Victim Served You?                                                        

When I say victim I do not mean victim in the sense of a crime or something out of your control. Playing victim means that you are blaming someone ,or something for a event or circumstance in your life.  People are constantly blaming or pointing the finger at someone else when something goes wrong. Bottom line is that person should be pointing the finger at themselves. Every event good or bad is caused by you and no one else. You may say I don’t have enough money or I have too many bills to pay.No one made you take your job that pays less ,and no one made you take out loans or apply for credit. Every action has an opposite and equal reaction, like Newton’s law states. So blaming someone or something and not taking personal responsibility, has that served you? Playing victim has negative repercussions, it causes stress,tension,resentment, and anger. Blame and playing victim keeps you from moving forward and not addressing the problems at hand. Taking responsibility for your actions is empowerment and will move you towards your goals.

Taking Responsibility

Try this when something goes wrong instead of getting upset and angry, say to yourself how could of I handled this differently? What caused this event to take place? If you learn from your mistakes then you can learn how to never have that situation arise again. This shifts you from playing victim to victor. When you begin to shift your mindset from a helpless victim to a victor you will have complete control of your life. The wealthiest people you know all take personal responsibility, that is what sets them apart from the masses. People will blame past events in their life for their behavior or circumstances. Yes it might of been a terrible event, but a event does not define who you are. Taking that horrible event and using it is true empowerment. If you were a victim of sexual abuse you can turn that negative event into a positive one. You can now relate with those who have had similar occurrences happen to them ,and help them move forward in their life and let them know that this horrible thing to happened to them is not what defines them. If you do not like your job and say I have to go work, change it around and say I choose to go to work. You don’t have to anything you don’t want to, you choose to do them. Your in complete control of your life and existence. People believe that circumstances control their life, wrong they do.

Results Of Taking Responsibility

Taking personal responsibility for your life will have tremendous results. Your now in complete control of your life and what happens. If your not happy with the amount of money your not making then find another career that pays more or supplement your income from some other source. There are endless ways to make more money. If you do not like your job, instead of looking at what you don’t like about it focus on what you do like about it. If you can’t find anything then you need to find a new career. This goes with all areas of your life, if your not happy with your relationship, focus on the things that are good about it. For every bad thing there has to be something good about it. Remember to always focus on the good things that happen in a bad situation. Take that event and use it to your advantage. Your not just a meat suit walking around that is controlled by circumstances. You are God’s greatest creation and you are the master of your life. Stop letting events govern who you are, your bigger then any problem. Just think about this for a moment, when something bad happened it was temporary right? At the time it seems like an eternity but eventually you get back to normal and forget all about it. Focus on the good and push those negative thoughts aside.

The first step to any effective article marketing campaign is finding your target market. What I mean by target market is who are you marketing to? Finding out who your target marketing is crucial if you want your marketing efforts to pay off. In network marketing there are so many different target markets, are you looking for product customers, business builders,other network marketers? Once you establish who your target market is, then you need to find out their needs and wants. This is important to know because then you can offer them a solution by writing an article on that very subject.

Now you need to find the specific keywords your target market will be searching for. What are they looking for online? This will be important information to know because you can use these keywords in your article to drive your market to your articles. There are different ways to find keywords for your target market. You can use a free tool like Google’s Keyword Research Tool . You can also buy a research tool called Market Samurai which I highly recommend and will save you time and make your marketing efforts smoother. Market Samurai will find the best keywords to use for your articles.

Once you have found your keywords for your article you now need to put it into relevant content. Give your readers some information that can help them and gives value. Become an expert on a subject and you will create a loyal following of readers and buyers. The whole purpose is to drive traffic to your article and to have your prospects click on your links to your blog or website pages. The more back links you have pointing back to your article the higher your ranking in the search engines. Google looks at the amount of content and other websites directing back to a website. If your not using some sort of article submission software, your wasting your time. Your content will get lost in the endless sea of other articles on the internet without it.

Here is a basic criteria for your article marketing campaigns. Follow these steps to get the most out of your articles.

• You want to write an article at least 500 words or more.
• Use your keywords at least 3 to 4 times in your article. Make sure you use the keyword in your title.
• Link your articles to an authority site where you published the original article. Authority sites are Ezine Articles,Youtube,Squidoo,Hubpages Etc.

Lastly make sure you fill out the signature box at the bottom of your article! This is the reason you write articles to drive traffic to those links you post. Most people will look at the cost of the membership and scoff. Others will take full advantage of the information and could possibly become quite wealthy with the investing strategies that the Elevation Group has put together. Instead of looking at the cost, start looking at the value that is there. I see tons of value with the lessons included in the Elevation Group membership. The information is not for seasoned investors but investors just getting started. There are so many lessons on investing that I have yet to get through all of them. From the lessons I have gone through I was quite impressed. The lesson in particular on the Infinite Banking Concept was just amazing. I would of never know about this investment strategy had it not been for the Elevation Group.
